TERMS OF SERVICE

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

  • All appointments must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless a prior arrangement has been made.

  • Clients who have an existing agreement to book via phone and pay on the day may continue to do so, but all other booking terms and conditions still apply.

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon booking, and all relevant pre-treatment or pre-class forms must be completed before attending.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the full session fee being charged. No exceptions.

  • This policy applies regardless of how the appointment was booked or paid for.

  • If you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your options.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other bookings. The full fee still applies.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without contact, your appointment may be cancelled and charged as a no-show.

HEALTH INFORMATION

  • All clients are required to complete a consultation or pre-class questionnaire prior to their first appointment or class.

  • It is your responsibility to update me with any changes to your health, medications, injuries, or conditions before each session.

  • Some health conditions may require medical clearance before you can proceed.

GENERAL TERMS

  • By booking, you confirm you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.

  • I reserve the right to refuse treatment or class participation if it is considered unsuitable, unsafe, or inappropriate.
